Rue is a frequent keynote speaker on cleantech trends and serves on multiple expert advisory committees. Rue also advises Fortune 50 and Global 2000 companies around the world.

Stuart combines his strong foundation in the military, plus over 15+ years construction industry experience, with a deep commitment to sustainability and renewable energy.
As CEO and co-founder of Genren UK, Stuart is dedicated to growing a truly sustainable business that reflects his passion for innovation and his commitment to empowering the talent within the company to deliver exceptional green energy solutions.
Baz Dermody
COO
With over 22 years experience managing renewable energy projects, Baz leads the delivery of all Genren’s projects ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
He has a strong track record in designing and installing solar, battery, EV charging, and heat pump systems for residential and commercial clients across Shropshire, Cheshire, North Wales, and the Peak District.
